RETURN POLICY

 

Returns and / or claims for defective or incorrect products must be communicated in writing to shop@eometric.com or by calling (+34 624 221 562), immediately or within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. The following information must be indicated in the letter:

  • Customer name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the claim

Claims must be accompanied by photographs that clearly show the incidence of the damage or defect, including the packaging.

For its return, as far as possible, the product must be unopened and in its packaging (sealed) by certified mail or by a transport company that facilitates the tracking of the product.

In the event that EOMETRIC PRECISION is not the cause of the return or replacement, the customer will have to bear the costs of the return or replacement. In this case, returns postage due will not be accepted.

Transport costs (both shipping and return) will be returned only when EOMETRIC PRECISION is responsible for the cause of the return of the product (sending the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.).
